What DIETHERA stands for
Nutrition is only one part of the picture.
My approach
Hormones, digestion, stress, sleep, behaviour, movement and everyday routines influence one another. My work brings these pieces together instead of reducing your health to a single food plan.
The goal is not perfection. It is clarity: understanding what may be relevant for you, identifying realistic next steps and building routines that remain useful outside the consultation room.
What I can support you with
Nutrition and lifestyle support around hormonal health, PMOS, irregular cycles, ovulation, energy and metabolic health.
A structured look at symptoms, food tolerance, routines and the gut-brain connection - without unnecessary restriction.
Practical behaviour-change strategies for emotional eating, all-or-nothing thinking, inconsistent routines and eating patterns that no longer feel helpful.
How it works
Tell me briefly what you would like support with and whether you prefer Munich or online.
We look at your history, symptoms, routines, goals and - where relevant - existing medical or laboratory information.
You leave with clear priorities and realistic actions tailored to your everyday life rather than a generic plan.
We review what changed, adjust the strategy and build on what is actually working.
About
Registered Dietitian · Munich
My focus is women’s health, digestive health and behaviour change. I work in German and English and combine evidence-based dietetics with a practical understanding of the realities that shape our health.
I believe good nutrition therapy starts with understanding the individual - not with adding more rules around food. Together, we learn to better understand your body’s signals and work with them rather than constantly fighting against them. My approach is curious, collaborative and grounded in both science and real life.
Professional background
Registered Dietitian
State-recognised training in dietetics and nutrition therapy.
Before moving into dietetics, I trained and worked in luxury hospitality - an environment that taught me a lot about people, communication and the importance of making someone feel genuinely seen. I still bring that perspective into the way I work today.
